Newton Park:

Newton Park campus is four miles from the centre of Bath on several hundred acres of Duchy of Cornwall land. The grounds are a delightful compilation of woodland and landscaped gardens with a charming lakeside walkway. Some College buildings date back to the 14th Century, whilst the main building is 18th Century and residential blocks are of modern design.

Self catering accommodation is in terraced houses facing inward to small courtyards. Each two storey house can sleep up to seven people. Rooms are arranged as twins or singles according to booking requirements.

All houses have a kitchen, sitting room with colour TV, shower room and bathroom. Kitchens are equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, either gas or electric cooker and cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is an iron and ironing board in each house. Bed linen and towels are provided (renewed on a weekly basis) with launderette facilities available in Nevill Court. Public telephones are available throughout the campus for outgoing calls. Incoming calls can be accepted through the Conference Office and messages passed on to guests.

Accommodation includes ample car parking (adjacent to courtyards) with easy vehicular access.

For those relying on public transport there are hourly buses to the city centre. There is also a regular bus service to Bristol from the campus gates (please note that the driveway is over a mile long requiring a brisk 20 minute walk).

Somerset Place:

Somerset Place is our City centre site and we have one detached bungalow available. The bungalow has a small courtyard with access to a communal lawned area. The bungalow, in a quiet side road next to Somerset Place and Lansdown Crescent, has sitting room, bathroom, kitchen, one twin bedded room and one single bedded room. The small terrace has old, uneven flagstones, not suitable for the very young or older person. Colour TV, microwave and telephone for incoming calls are features of this accommodation.
