CONDITIONS OF BOOKING.
Bookings are considered
provisional until confirmed in writing or guaranteed with a credit card number.
A full cancellation charge of 100% of room rate will be charged for
non-arrivals. Our cancellation policy is 48 Hours prior to date of arrival.
Rooms that are booked for more than one night will be released in
the event of a non-arrival on the first night - see also above, re cancellation charges.

Cash-Cheques:
We accept personal cheques up to the limit of your current cheque guarantee card. Any
other cheques must be presented for clearance not less than 5 working days before the

Arrangements should be made at least one month in advance if you require your account to
be forwarded direct to your company.
